Selection process for Chairman of the Management Board started

Following the Cabinet of Ministers’ approval of Zeljko Marcek as acting Chairman of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia (UZ) initiated the process for recruiting the new Chairman of the Management Board. In determining the way forward, the Supervisory Board considered the needs to a) identify and select the best qualified candidate for the position and b) to complete the process as quickly as possible. It was decided that the best way to ensure these objectives was to engage an independent, expert and reputable HR consultant.
